The e-Learning Innovation Group (eLIG)

This group has been formed to expand the work done by the Videoconferencing Working Party and to effectively integrate new and emerging technologies into teaching and learning.

The group will focus on:

  • Establishing a bank of resources and teacher expertise across the MEC
  • Providing each term a range of elearning PD activities for coalition teachers
  • Developing a coalition elearning Development Plan – future pathways for ICT across the MEC
  • Applying for funded student projects that incorporate new and emerging technologies
  • Working with the MEC Curriculum Leaders team on common projects, such as videoconferencing initiatives or other web based student projects
