MEC Teams

In 2005, four major MEC teams were established to implement specific Leading School Fund project priorities. These were:

Key personnel from each school such as Principals, Assistant Principals, Curriculum and Professional Learning Coordinators, Innovation and Excellence Coordinators, e-Learning Managers, and IT staff were members of these coalition teams.

Other teams were formed to implement DEECD funded projects such as the ‘Next Practice Design Team project’. Over the life of the Leading Schools Fund Project, high-functioning collaborative teams implemented coalition project priorities. This purposeful collaboration across the schools resulted in the sustainability of MEC practice beyond 2007.
